Within the cleaning contracting services market most providers are either large companies providing a range of Facilities Management services on a nationwide basis or small, family run operations with a very local area. Ridge Crest sits in between these, we offer the slick processes and full compliance of a large organisation but with the personal service and local experience of a much smaller business.
MEET THE TEAM
With a background in operational delivery, Simon is still involved in the smooth running of each of our contracts.
Finance and Office Manager
Jason looks after our Head Office in Hatfield, overseeing the administrational aspects of running our cleaning contracts.
Customer Services Manager
Marta is probably the person who you have spoken to if you have called Ridge Crest. An asset to our team she deals with all sorts of day to day issues from clients, cleaning operatives and provides valuable support to our Regional Managers.
Susannah heads up the sales department and oversees all of our bids. She joined Ridge Crest in January 2018 but has already been making an impact.

RECOGNISED SERVICE PROVIDER COMMITMENT
We are a Recognised Service Provider proudly working with the Living Wage Foundation to promote the real Living Wage. We believe in paying a decent wage to our staff, who carry out vital work for many organisations, and therefore always provide a Living Wage costed bid to all our clients. This gives them the chance to decide if the Living Wage is right for their organisation. We also pay the Living Wage to all staff in our head office and core functions.
The Living Wage is an independently calculated, voluntary rate of pay that is based on the cost of living. It is higher than the government's minimum and thousands of companies choose to pay these rates to their staff. The UK rate is currently £8.75, with a higher rate of £10.20 in London, reflecting the higher cost of living in the capital.
What I can say about our cleaning service from Ridge Crest is that I don't notice it, which is the highest praise for a contracted service provider. Our school is cleaned every day and any issues are communicated between the Supervisor and our Contract Manager and are fixed, I don't have to get involved.
